flex.bi team is pleased to announce that our info day “Can Business Intelligence Help in Company Management?” event on the 6th of February at Birojnīca (Riga, Latvia) was a success!
Our event was attended by people from different industries and with different management positions like CEOs, financial analysts, accountants, and freelancers. Together we discussed the possibilities of BI tools and looked into the key aspects of successful BI projects. We defined the expectations and responsibilities related to using business analytics as a management tool.
During the info day, Dace Kvalberga led a “First Steps In Business Analysis” masterclass for company owners who were determined to start their BI journey. Participants received detailed instructions on how to define a clear list of questions that could be transformed into business intelligence dashboards. From our experience – this is one of the most important tasks that can lead to well-designed dashboards and reports.
